New Ten Year Starts From Here! 2005 HEADING Tenth Events   In 2005, HEADING opened its new era with the HEADING R&D Building being put into use. During the last year, HEADING had made various breakthroughs from the physical location, the technology and the products, the new field customer to the new type user, also including the company image and the social influence. Every breakthrough was made through the HEADING's lengthy accumulation and precipitation. Through the vote, we elected the follow ten events as the HEADING Tenth Event.       1、HEADING R&D Building Put into Use!   The 25th of July witnessed HEADING R&D Building's being put into use. Relocating into HEADING R&D Building marked a limestone as well as a beginning for HEADING's development. Since a high-quality work environment is apt to lead to a top-ranking work accomplishment, we're fully confident that HEADING will have a brighter future!   2、HEADING's three solemn ceremonies held in September   From Sep.23th, 2005 to Sep.25,2005, HEADING 10th Anniversary, HEADING Building Inaugural Ceremony, HEADING 6th User Conference, the Inaugural of ECUST Experiment Base for Graduate Student and Business Automation Institute were held in the new HEADING Research Center, which is located in the base of the national 863 software incubator in Pujiang town in the Minhang district of Shanghai. Nearly 300 person including officials, partners, medium, clients, employees and employees' families came to offer congratulations. The HEADING 6th User Conference which was focus on the subject "What Leads to Future Success?" brought a mind storm and appealed to the vibes both in the mind and in the heart.   3、HDWMS, new warehouse management system of HEADING, has been successfully implemented by Shanghai KEDI in its new logistics center   In April, 2005, Shanghai KEDI's new logistics center has come into use formally and introduced several advanced new technologies and systems, including HDWMS（HEADING Warehouse Management System）,ARIS business process modeling, RFID, and CAPS. Based on these new technologies, Shanghai KEDI's new logistics center adopted those most advanced management theories in their practice, such as ABC warehouse management, FIFO management, BPR, dynamic storage management, automatic checking management, and so on. HEADING provides critical business system for this modern and efficient new logistics center. ARIS business modeling method and HDWMS are the main supports. HDWMS can optimize the storage structure; check sorting goods automatically, manage the transportation automatically, manage the storage place for every goods dynamically, and manage goods delivery under FIFO law. It also has good interface with HDPOS, RF system, and CAPS system. HDWMS not only support RF operation methods, but also support label operation methods. HDWMS is a new warehouse management system, based on a new system structure. HDWMS can support the warehouse management of large-sized logistics centers. HDWMS will help them to build modern-managed, more efficient, and lower resource-consumed logistics centers.   4、HDCSS(HEADING Convenience Store Support System)   HDCSS----a new Convenience Store Support System, instructs the store business through receiving the support data, including the analytic data and some basic data, from the headquarter and the sale data of its own, intensifies the store support function, and turns the role of the headquarter into the service and the support. HDCSS broke through the past "Fat Headquarter & Thin Store", and reconstructed the relationship between the store and the headquarter. The system enhances the enthusiasm of the store workers, improves the management efficiency and helps the store adapt to the market much quicker and livelier. During 2005, HDCSS had been improved and put into use. In 2006, HDCSS will have a further extension in the terminal operation's import application, timing stock, capital management and so on.   5、Exclusive System   In 2005, HEADING added a new direction in exclusive system which based on the B/S fabric in its market strategy. The Exclusive System is applied to the Chain Exclusive Sales Stores in cosmetics, costumes and etc., which possess the exclusive sale characters. The system is consisted of the background Tango and the store UST. TANGO is based on the UCM fabric, while the bottom tier adopted the Hibernate tech. UST, adopted the ACCESS Date Base is a relatively independent store system, which is able to be used not only as the independent system but also as the domestic store management cash subsystem of the TANGO. The trait of the system which is order form oriented is that it can supply more dimensions product description, more organization fabric, and the customization business. Ablejoy became the first user of this system.   6、Ablejoy-the breakthrough of the exclusive sale field   Ablejoy with its headquarter in Suzhou, was set up in 1996. Till now, Ablejoy has developed into above ten branches in Suzhou, Shanghai, Wuxi, Jiangyin, Changzhou, Kunshan etc., possessing hundreds of brand chain stores, and dealing with various domestic famous brands such as REDAPPLE, CHEERS etc.. Now, Able has reached the top five in the furniture currency industry and its sales is the largest in the industry. Ablejoy as the first user of HEADING Exclusive Sales System, has adopted the 2005 new exclusive product consisted of background TANGO and store UST. The cooperation has opened the HEADING's new exclusive sale field.   7、The meaningful sign with SINOPEC Zhejiang BP   SINOPEC Zhejiang BP is a product oil retail joint venture enterprise invested by ENGLAND BP PARTY and SINOPEC, and comes into operation individually in Zhejiang and Guangzhou. On January, 2005, the first SINOPEC Zhejiang BP gas station was put into use. And an oil retail service net will be set up in Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing to operate about 500 gas stations in Zhejiang. In 2005, HEADING signed the testing system contract with SINOPEC Zhejiang BP, being responsible for the first 50 convenience stores' testing system. HEADING will do its best to offer the best quality as usual in the first testing system, laying the groundwork for future cooperation in the formal system implementation.   8、HEADING & SHINSEGAE I&C signed letter of intent   On 26th October, 2005, Shanghai HEADING Information Engineering Co., Ltd. and Shinsegae I&C held the signature ceremony of their letter of intent in HEADING Building. After HEADING and Shinsegae I&C's long time learning and inspecting to each other, now they made agreement on MOU or letter of intent to explore cooperation on the maintenance and service for E-Mart China, products and marketing. HEADING will provide purchasing, maintenance and related service of hardware, operation system and database software for E-Mart. Shinsegae I&C will outsourcing E-Mart China's IT service to HEADING, including software and hardware maintenance and related person's training. HEADING will introduce I&C's excellent products to Chinese market. Meanwhile, they will cooperate on product R&D and marketing promotion. Additionally, I&C and HEADING will explore for more opportunity. Shinsegae Group is a large group in Korea including 10 companies. In retail area, it has Shinsegae Department located No.2 in Korea which has 7 first level departments. Another is E-Mart hypermarket located No. 1 in Korea which has 75 stores (not including E-Mart China), E-Mart covers 34% supermarket market share in Korea. Up to today, E-Mart already has 3 hypermarkets in shanghai, and will expand to more than 20 hypermarkets in Chain within next 3 years. Shinsegae I&C provides IT support for all companies among Shinsegae Group, including Shinesegae Department and E-Mart.   9、System Engineering Research Center of East China University of Science & Technology opened in HEADING, while Vice-chairman Cheng Siwei visiting HEADING again and attending the ceremony.   On 31st October 2005, System Engineering Research Center of East China University of Science & Technology opened in HEADING. Vice-chairman Cheng Siwei visited HEADING again and attended the ceremony and gave an excellent and professional lecture. There are nearly 100 visitors, including academician and professor of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; officials of shanghai government, managers of Chinese BP, managers and teachers of East China University of Science & Technology. Chief scholars of the center will include professor Wang Jiming, academician Wang Congtuo, academician Wang Yingluo, academician Li Jingwen, academician Jiang Shicheng, academician Jin Yong, academician Yuan Weikang, academician Hu Ying, academician Yang Shengli, academician Wu Cheng, academician Sun Youxian, academician Dai Ru, academician Liu Yian, researcher Yu Jingyuan, professor Qian Yu. The center has 3 research fields, they are process system engineering, E-business and modern logistics, and system management and technology economics. As a typical case of research-application mode, HEADING has accumulated abundant application cases, formulates methods and tools of consulting and information application, and has the ability to provide research, teaching, project practice, and other support. At the same time, running the center in HEADING Building and fostering masters and doctors are an innovation of thought, mechanism, and management. Innovation is the foundation of development. HEADING will try to make greater value and improvement for society.   10 、The Methodology of IT Construction of E-Commerce and Modern Logistics in China's Retail Business will be published soon.   In November, 2005, HEADING accumulated the system, experiences, opinions, cases and etc. in those years into the Methodology of IT Construction of E-Commerce and Modern Logistics in China's Retail Business of 100,000 words. The book has attracted the National Technology Department and insiders, and been incorporated into the list of National 11th Five-year Plan key textbook.     Besides the above ten evens, there are also many other events important and meaningful for HEADING. In 2005, HEADING started its way to the second ten years. In 2006, HEADING will continue breaking through from the accumulation and the innovation, and make the beautiful HEADING 2006!
