On Sep.23th, 2005, HEADING Inaugural Ceremony & HEADING 10th Anniversary Ceremony was held in the new HEADING Research Center, which is located in the base of the national 863 software incubator in Pujiang town in the Minhang district of Shanghai.Nearly 300 person including officials , partners, medium, clients, employees and employees' families came to offer congratulations.
Under the cultivation of the government and the society, HEADING grew from a tiny unknown company to an industry brand in the last ten years.
Under the cultivation of HEADING, groups of young men let their dreams fly, knowing the society, fitting themselves to it and proving their value in HEADING during the last ten years.
With the mutual growth of HEADING and its customers, each of them has become first success in its own field in the last ten years.

Professor Ding Yuzhang, the founder of HEADING, made the speech on the ceremony expressing great gratitude to all the guests, clients, partners and HEADING's employees including their families, that had given support and assistance to HEADING during the last ten years.
Then Mr. Wu Cheng, the 863 project's premier scientist and the academician of The Chinese Academy of Engineering, and officer Zhang Zhiwen, director of High-Tech. Development and Industrialization Ministry of Science and New Technology spoke on the ceremony, expressing hearty greetings to HEADING, giving their confidence in the HEADING's bright further that HEADING will make much larger contributions to the information construction of China and sending their best wishes.
