Introduction:
What is HEADING, a creative, diligent, enthusiastic team group
bring to China commercial informatization¡¡
Shanghai HEADING Information Engineering Co., Ltd is
a leading provider of the software products and application
solutions to the informatization fields of retail, distribution,
modern logistics and E-commerce.
Founded in 1995, as the National Hi-tech 863 research base,
undertaker of the National Ninth Five-year-plan and the Tenth
Five-year-plan, and Shanghai Hi-tech enterprise,£¬HEADING has
been always focusing on the research , development, and promotion
of the informatization which largely contributed to the information
construction of China.
With a registered capital of more than 30 million RMB, HEADING
has a headquarter in Shanghai, and several branches in Beijing,
Shenzhen, and Jinan. Among nearly 150 staff members, more than
70% are focusing on R&D. 2003, as the first company, HEADING
entered into National Software Incubator (Shanghai) Base where
HEADING purchased 10 thousands square meters and invests about
20 million RMB to construct HEADING R&D Center which is supposed
to be operated on 2005. |

¡ô HEADING obtained the credentials to imports and exports enterprise of the People''s Republic of China.
¡ô 2003,The model of the informatization of logistics created by HEADING was awarded ¡°The Outstanding Typical Model of Modern Logistics¡± by the Ministry of Science & Technology.

HEADING solution has been successfully applied over more than 50 large and medium group company of all scales and forms that cover 30 provinces or cities. Contribution
Founder, Prof. Ding Yuzhang, President and concurrently General Manager of HEADING is a member of the Expert Panels of National 863 Development Project and a member of the National E-Commerce Expert Panel.
He founded the first research institute of commercial automation and the first master''s program of commercial automation in China. He himself is the director of Commercial Automation Research Institute and also an advisor of the master''s program. He successfully accomplished the state key project in the 7th Five-year-plan and 9th Five-year-plan and has won awards from State Scientific and Technological Committee and Shanghai Science and Technology Committee.
As a member of the Expert Panel of Commercial Automation in the State Hi-tech 863 Program, he directed and developed the prototype system of commercial automation management in the 863 Program. In the year 2000 he was elected as a member of the state Expert Panel of E-commerce and participated in the planning of the state e-commerce in the 10th Five-year-plan held by National Ministry of Science and Technology and National Ministry of Education.
In July 2000 Pro. Ding was appointed Director of the Information Panel of the Management Center of Shanghai Hi-tech Achievement Transformation Project. In July 2002, was appointed the member of the specialist group of the "E-business & Modern Logistics Technical Research, Development and Demonstration Engineering" project which is undertaker of Productivity Promotion Center of East China E-Business.
As the sponsor and member of CCFA and Shanghai Chain Committee, HEADING holds continual seminars and meetings, especially the HEADING Users¡¯ Seminar held in recent years, promotes commercial informatizition and improving way without stop.
HEADING does contribute to commercial vocational and professional education. It provides books, materials, software, training and guidance for commercial colleges and schools, which can directly contribute to commercial education infrastructure.
Openly communicate and cooperate with IBM, ORACLE, HP, SUN, WINCOR, NCR etc., HEADING is trying to provide power and customized solution.
