1¡¢Standard Training
A period of one week training before implementation is open for computer and business managers in HEADING or on-site. It can give overall view of commercial information management and system. Upon the agreed plan, we design courses such as basic commercial automation, case study, valuation and develop materials concerned.
2¡¢Project Training
Part 1 three level training
Three different level training to strategy staff, management staff and operation staff.
Strategy Level: the goal is to let them overview business run core with information system, help them face and challenge the difficulty caused, to faster step to informatization. You will learn commercial automation base, business workflow based on data, and how to make decisions by using inquiry tools.
Management Level: The goal is to learn operation and using in its process, to improve performance through data mining, to work with other teams to enhance totally. You will learn commercial automation base, operation, inquiry repots using, and workflow optimization.
Operation Level: The goal is to skillfully using and probable improving. The course is operation and operation.
Part 2 IT training
The objects is CIO and information staff. The goal is to safeguard smoothly system ongoing and database work, to help decision making for decision makers. As they are the key person in informatization, at least double courses are needed. The courses are including operation, inquiry reports, database structure, workflow, tips of SQL and ORACLE, daily problems solving.
3¡¢Customer -specific Training
It can also regarded as upgrading training which is tailored to customer's needs and phases in all stages of lift cycle.
It is oriented to all staff including decision maker, business management and operator, it supposed to improve their information utility through inquiry reports, data analyzing, F&Q, special topic etc. Sometimes, it looks like re-training and replenishment training.
Valuation is required to follow up to this process and guarantee the result which is feedback to managers..
